Each B and B operates a little differently, so we I will discuss your particular needs and property requirements for exact pricing.
The following services are included in my basic rates of $125 to $175 per day, based on number of rooms and daily duties. (Minimum 2 nights, if more than 100 miles). 1 day training is complimentary and is excluded from daily fees.
Prompt Reservation Processing
Check In / Check Out of Guests
Concierge Service
Updating Reservation System
Responding to email requests
Daily Credit Card Processing and if necssary Bank Deposits
Inn Tours to Potential Guests
Breakfast Preparation and serving
Overseeing of Laundry Duties
Turn Down Service, if applicable
Supervision of Staff
Grocery Shopping, if necessary
Light Housekeeping of all Common Areas
Afternoon snack or wine and cheese preparation
Care of small pets and plants
Building security and maintenance
Daily Report Processing
Activity Journal and report each day via email.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Housekeeping Options -
$ 20 per room for turn-overs
$ 15 per room for stayovers
TRAVEL FEES:
$.50 per mile driving. Depending on location, barter services could be arranged, if location is a desirable vacation destination. Just ask in advance.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
A mutually agreed upon employment contract will be signed and a 50% deposit requirement will be due within 10 days of your receipt of the contract. The balance is due at the end of the assignment upon my departure. A 21 day written cancellation is required for the return of your deposit. Cancellations within the 21 days will not be refunded unless I can rebook the dates for another assignment.
